As Senior Art Director, I led the development of the Know the Flow video series, created to educate the public about essential water system practices in an accessible and engaging way. I co-wrote scripts, crafted storyboards, illustrated key visuals, and produced the animation style that defined the series. Working closely with a 3D modeler, I helped bring Hydro, our animated guide, to life as a friendly character capable of simplifying technical topics. I also oversaw audio production to ensure the tone remained clear and approachable. The series earned a Davey Award, a Telly Award, and an Upper Midwest Emmy Award nomination, establishing it as an effective public outreach tool that combined creativity with real civic impact.
